Our carefully crafted refund policy makes sure your money is protected!
We have made sure our refund policy is transparent so that our clients feel safe. Although we offer free revision service, and request you to at least avail it once, but we offer a full* or partial refund to clients who are not satisfied in the following scenarios:
- The order is delivered late/after the assigned deadline
- The content of the paper is discovered to be plagiarized
- The content is not of top quality as expected
- The revision performed is not satisfactory
- The customer support staff did not respond even after 24 hours of request
The client can only demand a refund within 7 days of delivery. If the request is legitimate, the Quality Control Department shall make the refund within 10-15 days. Ultimately, all the decisions rest with our QAD.
*Only 90% of the total amount will be refunded in case of a full refund
